Ganesh creates a cow and leaves it in the fields near the ashram of the sage Goutama. In the morning, when the sage from the ashram take their cows to graze, they notice that a cow is destroying all the grains that were growing in the fields near their cottage. The sage begs the cow not to destroy the grain, which was his main provision, but this cow is bent on destroying everything. The sage is unable to stop it. Finally, while trying to force the cow out of the fields, The cow falls down and dies then and there.
