How do I know the balance in my wallet and its validity?

What if the validity expires and I have money remaining in the wallet?
Relax... Your money is safe. If you have crossed the validity period of your last top-up and there is money still remaining in your wallet, simply top-up your wallet again by paying online or buying a Top-Up Pre-Paid card from our distributor outlets. The amount remaining in your wallet from your earlier top-up automatically gets added to your new top-up.
You can carry forward your wallet balance for 12 months.
What if I exhaust the wallet balance before the validity date?
If you've taken your pick from our content selection and exclusive offerings and exhausted all the money in your wallet before the validity date, you can continue to get the benefit of the remaining days with your next top-up.
