Ditto TV is a brand new online subscription service for Live TV channels, Movies and Video on Demand. We are working hard on improving every aspect of our service and have a lot of exciting stuff up our sleeves. We hope you enjoy Ditto TV.

How does Ditto TV work?

Download the app here, install and you are ready to go. Try outing our brand new service and if you are convinced just going to the Ditto TV website to subscribe to your desired package and you are able to watch your favourite Live TV channels, Movies or TV Shows anytime, anywhere.

How does the subscription work?

If you have enjoyed the Ditto TV free trial, you can subscribe to one of our attractive packages. When your subscription period is over there will be no additional bills, no cancellation fee or any other cumbersome unsubscribe process. Of course we will love it if you re-subscribe!

How do I pay?

Click here to subscribe, after selecting the desired package you can pay either via readily availabe ITZ cash cards or via Netbanking, debit card or credit card. International customers can pay using your PayPal account.

What is the selection like?

Currently, Ditto TV will allow you to select from a number of Live TV channels (Click here to see the channels currently available), Movies and TV shows. The number of channels, Movies and TV shows keeps increasing all the time so please check in often to make sure you don't miss the availability of new Live TV channels, Movies or TV shows. Stay tuned!

Can I try it before subscribing?

Sure, check out Ditto TV using the free trial. Just start up the app and select Free Trial from the login screen.

How long is the free trial?

The free trial will allow you to watch some offered Live channels for 10 minutes in total, after that you will be prompted to fully register and verify your phone number with Ditto TV. After you successfully register with Ditto TV, you will receive another 48 hours of the trial period, plus a complimentary top up in the wallet for FREE! Later on, you are able to watch ETC for 5 minutes a day without any costs.

Where can I use DittoTV?

Technical

On which devices is DittoTV available?

Ditto TV is available on Android smartphones and tablets (Android v2.2 onwards), on all iOS devices, Windows Phone, Blackberry devices, Symbian devices and on Windows and Mac desktop computers. Please check the full list of compatible devices.

How to watch instantly?

Just download the specific app for your device (click here for more details), install and start your free trial!

How fast does my broadband Internet connection need to be to watch instantly?

If your internet connection is faster than 100kbit/s then you are ready to go! For an optimum viewing experience 3G mobile access or fixed line capacity will be needed. If your Internet speed is below this, Ditto TV will still work but quality may be reduced.

How fast does the TV channel start playing?

This depends on the internet connection available. Allow the stream a few seconds to start up.

Why do I need Adobe AIR?

You may be asked to install Adobe AIR on Android devices and on Mac/PCs. This is correct and you may proceed with installation. The DittoTV app for Android and Mac/PC requires Adobe Air to be installed on the device. For more info about Adobe AIR please check here.

Do I need Adobe AIR also for Apple devices?

You will need it for Mac desktop computers but not for iPhone, iPod touch or iPad.

Can I use my account on different devices?

Yes, you can use the service with two different devices of your choice. Only one device can be logged in at a given time.

Can I register 3rd device?

Registration of only 2 devices is currently supported. In case you wish to login from 3rd device you have to unregister one of your previously used devices.

The App tells me that there are network problems, what can I do?

Please check the internet connectivity of your device. Ditto TV uses the standard internet access so if this is not available, Ditto TV won't work.

The streams are stuttering or breaking up, what can I do?

Check your network connectivity, if connectivity is bad the streams may break up. If connectivity improves later on, services will be available again. You can try to select a different quality stream to improve your viewing experience.

Can I select different qualities of the video stream?

The iOS devices are adapting automatically to changing network conditions by using a technology that is called "Adaptive Streaming". On other device platforms, stream quality can be selected manually by tapping on the screen (on touch screen devices) or clicking on in the video stream (on desktop machines). There you can select a stream quality of your choice (XL-very high quality, L-high quality, M-medium quality, S-quality for very low available bandwidth). We advise to use only XL stream on desktop devices as the lower bandwidth streams are optimized for mobile networks.

I lost my password, what can I do?

If you forget your password, you can request a new temporary password either at the login screen of your app or at the sign-in page on DittoTV.com. The new password will be sent to you via SMS.

My mobile number is not accepted, what can I do?

Please make sure that you enter your number in the international format (i.e. 0091XXXXXXXXXX).

I am unable to stream any videos on my Blackberry via the 3G connection. What should I do?

It may be that your telecom operators data plan requires an APN to stream videos on your Blackberry. Please follow the instructions below to configure the APN settings on your Blackberry.

1. Tap on Options icon
2. Select Device
3. Select Advanced System Settings
4. Select TCP IP
5. Select the check box APN Settings Enabled
6. Indian users refer to the table below and set your APN value

7. Uncheck the checkbox APN Authentication Enabled
8. Press Back button
9. Dialog Box asks for Save / Discard / Cancel. Select Save button and exit.

Ditto TV should now stream on your device.
